Ostwinkle-Bonert
Abby Ostwinkle and Joseph Bonert, both of Worthington, were married on June 12 at 1:30 p.m. at St. Paul's Catholic Church in Worthington. Officiating was Deacon Pins. Vocalist was Brandy Ostwinkle and organist was Kari Connolly.

Parents of the couple are Julie Ostwinkle, of Worthington, and the late Ron Ostwinkle, and Patti Bonert, of Farley, and the late Carl Bonert.

The bride was given in marriage by Michael Ostwinkle, uncle of the bride.

Maid of honor was Abby Urbain, of Clear Lake, friend of the couple. Bridesmaids were Ashley Ostwinkle, of Worthington, sister of the bride; Amy Cook, of Worthington, sister of the groom; Candi Trenkamp, of Cedar Rapids, and Jenny Then, of Dyersville, friends of the couple.

Best man was Luke Bonert, of Epworth, brother of the groom. Groomsmen were Brian Deutmeyer, of Worthington, and Tony Grawe, of Dyersville, friends of the couple; Brian Ostwinkle, of Fort Dodge, brother of the bride; and Chris Lansing, of Dyersville, friend of the couple. Ushers were Jon Olson, of New Vienna, friend of the couple; Chris Ostwinkle, of Dubuque, brother of the bride; and Brian Luensmann, of Worthington, friend of the couple.

Personal attendants were Diana Bonert, of Epworth, sister-in-law of the groom, and Rachael Ostwinkle, of Hopkinton, cousin of the bride.

Flower girl was Chloe Ostwinkle, of Worthington, daughter of the bride. Ring bearer was Caleb Bonert, of Worthington, son of the couple.

A reception was held at Worthington Memorial Hall.

A wedding trip was spent in St. Lucia at Sandals Grande Lucian. The bride is a 2003 graduate of Western Dubuque High School. She is a CNA at Shady Rest Care Center in Cascade and a registered daycare provider. The groom is a 2001 graduate of Western Dubuque High School. He is employed at Murphy Farms Inc.
