Beckman is currently selling raffle tickets to win a dream kitchen valued at $15,000. The winner will be announced during the dedication ceremony for the new field turf on Friday, Aug. 20, but you don't need to be present to win.
The dream kitchen prize has been made possible thanks to donations from Imperial Stone (who will provide the granite counter tops), Faust Millwork and Cabinetry (who will provide the cabinets) and Scherrman's Appliance (who will provide the appliances).
Tickets are currently on sale at Jacque's Home Furnishings, Stone Creek Video and Imperial Stone in Dyersville. Starting on Aug. 2, the raffle tickets will also be available at Beckman High School, along with being available at Beckman's school registration night on Aug. 4. The tickets are $25 each or five for $100. Twenty-five percent of the proceeds will go to the system parishes, with the remaining 75 percent going toward the field turf.
