The Dyersville Area Chamber of Commerce will host its annual Women’s Night celebration Wednesday, March 25, from 6-9 p.m. at the Total Fitness Rec Center Gym in Dyersville. Women from throughout the area are invited to enjoy an evening of socializing with food, fun and a guest speaker.

The speaker will be Mandy Sullivan, founder of Nurture Her Soul. Sullivan is a mother, second-time wife, singer, and popular Christian women’s speaker. She has been in some type of ministry for over 20 years, and in 2016 started Nurture Her Soul ministries with her husband, Tom. Sullivan speaks, writes, and shares through unique events and social media, helping women navigate through the journey of life by sharing with the perfect mix of humor and refreshingly honest, real-life experiences.

The 2020 Woman of the Year will also be named. Each year nominations are submitted for women from Dyersville, Farley, Worthington, New Vienna, Petersburg, Luxemburg or Earlville, who impact the community through business, inspiration, or volunteerism. The evening begins at 5:30 p.m. for V.I. P. ticket holders and 6 p.m. for general reserved seating ticket holders. Besides the message from the speaker, each guest will receive a goodie bag at the door filled with information and promotional items from sponsors, time to visit with vendors, and a catered meal. Guests may also purchase raffle tickets for prizes ranging from gift baskets to overnight hotel stays. The speaker begins at 7:30 p.m., followed by recognition of Woman of the Year nominees at 8:30 p.m.

Tickets for Women’s Night go on sale Monday, Jan. 20 at noon. Tickets can only be purchased at the Chamber office, where attendees will pick their table and seat for the evening. General reserved tickets are $20 each.

V.I.P. tickets may also be purchased at $25 each. These tickets allow attendees to enter the gym at 5:30 p.m., avoiding the line to enter the event and to be one of the earliest cars into the parking lot. Only 100 V.I.P. tickets are available for purchase.

Tickets are non-refundable. In case of inclement weather, the event will be moved to Thursday, March 26.
