JKPL unlocks its doors

The James Kennedy Public Library has unlocked its doors as of April 1.

The library will still be implementing several COVID-19 related measures: everyone 3-years-of-age-and-older must wear masks unless exempt; the number of patrons allowed in the library at any time is limited to 21; if capacity is reached, the doors will be locked until someone leaves; all visits will continue to be limited to one hour; appointments can still be made to guarantee use of a computer or study room; curbside service will continue; reusable bags will be provided upon entry; returned/handled items will be quarantined for a minimum of 24 hours before being checked in and shelved; events will continue to be held virtually.

Library hours are Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., Friday through Saturday 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Sunday from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.

Anyone with questions is encouraged to contact JKPL staff.
