Manufacturing company receives state support for new Dyersville facility
A manufacturing company has received state support and incentives to move into a new facility in Dyersville.
Sept. 17, the Iowa Economic Development Authority approved $200,000 in direct financial assistance and $59,625 in tax credits for Zero Zone, which makes refrigeration and freezing units for grocery and convenience store.
The company plans to move into a speculative building at 2336 Industrial Parkway SW early next year. The company expects to employ more than 50 people.
Dyersville City Council members earlier this month passed a resolution supporting the project, which was a requirement to receive state incentives.
