1 lb. ground beef

½ lb. ground pork

⅔ cup chopped onion

2 cans condensed tomato soup

1 (3 oz.) package cream cheese (diced)

2 Tbsp. sugar

1½ tsp. salt

8 oz. noodles

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese


Combine meats and brown in a skillet. Drain off fat, add onion and cook until tender. Add soup, cream cheese, sugar and seasonings. Simmer uncovered for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, cook noodles and drain. Combine noodles with sauce mixture and put into a baking dish. Add shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses on top. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
