Dennis A. Wolf, 69, of Dubuque, formerly of Farley, passed away Tuesday, July 2, 2019 at his home in Dubuque.

Friends and relatives of Dennis called from 9-11 a.m., Friday, July 5, 2019 at the Reiff Funeral Home in Farley.

Memorial services for Dennis were held at 11 a.m., Friday, July 5, 2019 at Reiff Funeral Home in Farley, with the Rev. Michael Schueller presiding. Burial was held in St. Joseph Cemetery in Farley, Iowa.

Urnbearers were Daniel Wolf, Gerald Wolf, David Wolf and Mary Marin.

Dennis was born Feb. 13, 1950 in Dubuque, son of Charles A. and Catherine L. (Fox) Wolf. As a child he was paralyzed due to Polio. He received his education from St. Joseph High School in Farley, and Kirkwood Community College in Cedar Rapids. He worked at Ertls in the Quality Control Department in Dyersville, until he retired due to his disability.

He loved living in his trailer in North Buena Vista, (Buenie), where he enjoyed boating, fishing and playing cards.

He is survived by five siblings, Judy (Joe) Miller, of Perrysville, Ohio, Daniel Wolf, of Peosta, Gerald Wolf, of Colesburg, David Wolf, of Earlville, Mary (David) Marin, of Farley; nieces and nephews, Laura Miller, Carrie and Ryan Frasher, Sarah Wolf, Brian Wolf, David , Juan, Judi, Andrea, Salomon and Alisa Marin and many great-nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Larry Wolf Nov. 1, 1975, Charles Wolf Sept. 3, 2001 and James Wolf in infancy and one nephew, Aaron Miller.
