I put gas into my car and saw a sticker with Joe Biden’s picture on it saying, “I did this.” This got me thinking about what Joe really did since he took office in January 2021.
He stopped the Keystone Pipeline to go “green.” We are still importing oil from Canada and moving it by rail and trucks. I don’t see that as “going green.” Trucks and trains are not as efficient as a pipeline.
He canceled some oil drilling permits in both the Arctic and in the Gulf of Mexico and put more restrictions on those still available. There is more “red tape” on the environmental impact study and no clarity of what the requirements are to qualify for “environmental impact.” He also implied to bankers to be more “careful” with the loans they approve. This did not reduce the use of oil or gas. It just means that we import from OPEC nations and other nations who do not have the “restrictions on pollution” that exist in the U.S.A.
I remember before Biden took office, we were self-sufficient and an exporter of oil and natural gas.
Next, we can look at the “inflation” problem. This is a “tax” on the working people and retirees, who usually are on a “fixed” budget and know what it will cost each month for fixed expenses. They have no “earned income” to help with unexpected bills. With inflation, they are seeing their dollars erode in buying power. Joe must have forgotten this group of taxpayers. Then we have the “working” people. They need to use gas to go to work and buy groceries and other necessities. Their dollars are not going as far as they did before Joe became president. I was told that Joe was from Scranton and cared about working people.
You can look at the facts and decide for yourself. This is only a small part of what Joe has done to the U.S.A. and how he has made the American people suffer.
