Starting Feb. 1, we’re offering expanded service hours for our subscribers.
Outside of normal business hours, you can call toll-free for help regarding your paper’s delivery, starting or pausing subscriptions or accessing online subscriptions.
Of course, you can also continue to call us during our regular office hours. We’d love to hear about your upcoming events, news tips, celebrations, business deals and more.
But we know that regular office hours don’t well accommodate our subscribers who work similar hours—or those who have early-morning problems with their paper delivery. No more waiting until 8 to report delivery problems.
For help with subscriptions, readers can call (800) 355-1892 during the following hours:
• Monday through Friday: 6 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Saturday 6-10 a.m.
• Sunday 6-11 a.m.
In the approximately 140 years that we’ve served you, our services have evolved extensively, most recently adding online as well as additional print products. However, our core mission of providing you with accurate news, important information and local advertising has remained unchanged.
With this latest addition, we’re confident that we can deliver these services better than ever.
