Gaul – Riesberg
Casey Gaul, of Monticello and Tim Riesberg, of Dyersville were married Sept. 10, 2016 at 2 p.m. at St. Francis Xavier Basilica. The Rev. Dole celebrated with Deacon Roger Riesberg assisting. Vocalist was Michael Wade and organist was Becky Williams.
Parents of the couple are Mike Gaul, of Petersburg, Linda Gaul, of Dyersville and Clair and Doris Riesberg, of Dyersville.
The bride was given in marriage by her parents. She wore a strapless sweetheart neckline, modified A-line skirt from Casablanca Bridal.
Maid of honor was Cori Burbach, of Dubuque, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Melissa Sturm, of Bellevue and Katie Wade, of Dyersville, both sisters of the groom; Liz Weber, of Bellevue, Sarah Hill, of Waverly and Carly Deutmeyer, of Cedar Rapids, all friends of the couple.
Best man was Isaac Willenbring, of Dyersville, friend of the couple. Groomsmen were Jacob Sturm, of Bellevue, brother-in-law of the groom; Tony Gaul, of Denver, Colo., brother of the bride; Aaron Burbach, of Dubuque, brother-in-law of the bride; Bret Twombly, of Elizabeth, Ill. and Bruce Payne, of Marion, friends of the couple.
Ushers were Ben Neuzil, of Dubuque and Brett Digman, of Eldridge, friends of the couple.
Personal attendant was Sara Kurt, of Cedar Rapids, friend of the couple.
Flower girl was Zoe Burbach, of Dubuque, goddaughter of the bride and Eli Sturm, of Bellevue, godson of the groom.
The reception was held in Worthington.
Casey is a 2013 graduate of Mount Mercy University and is employed at Mercy Medical Center, Cedar Rapids. Tim is a 2013 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and is employed at Riesberg Rental & Outdoor Power Equipment.
Their honeymoon was to Door County, Wis.
