Colleen Rahe and Troy Loney were married on Nov. 10, 2017 at St. Anthony Church, Dubuque with the Rev. Steven Rosonke presiding. Musicians were Northside Strings Quartet and organist was Ellen O’Connell.

Parents of the couple are Bob and Rita Rahe, of Dyersville and David Loney and Rozanne Loney, both of Dubuque.

Matron of honor was Valery Hanson, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Julie Schlarman and Maria Schuster, both sisters of the bride; Melissa Rahe, sister-in-law of the bride; Linda Breitbach, friend of the bride; Linda Loney, sister-in-law of the groom; and Linda Kieler, friend of the bride.

Best man was Shane Loney, brother of the groom. Groomsmen were David Loney, father of the groom; Jaret Loney, brother of the groom; Daniel Hansen and Tony Bradley, both friends of the groom; Nick Rahe, brother of the bride; and Scott Hanson, brother-in-law of the bride.

Ushers were Brian Schuster and Mark Schlarmann, both brother-in-laws of the bride; Lori Roling, friend of the couple; and Mallory Loney, cousin of the groom.

Flower girl was Rachel Schlarmann, niece of bride.

Ringbearers were Nolan Loney, nephew of the groom; and Louie Hanson, nephew of bride.

Colleen graduated from Mt. Mercy University, Cedar Rapids. She is a marketing manager of Tax Credit Management in Dubuque.

Troy is a graduate of NICC, Peosta and is the owner of Tax Credit Management, in Dubuque.

The reception was held at Eagle Ridge Resort Galena, Ill. and the couple resides in Dubuque.
