Snyder joined Avery Schmidt, Natalie Kelzer and Brooke Wuebker in the win. She also took thirds in the 200 IM and the 100 Breaststroke.
Jessie Then swam the third leg of the third-place 200 freestyle relay, behind Taylor Borgerding and Snyder, followed by Mia Brooner. Then also placed third in the 500 freestyle and fourth in the 100 fly.
Mary McKean took 5th in the 50 freestyle and 6th in the 100.
In the JV races, Betsy Halligan placed second in the 200 IM and 4th in the 100 breaststroke.
Coach Emily Snyder added, “The team moved to 3-2 with this win over intra-city rival Hempstead. These intra-city meets always bring out some great races and it makes it fun to get a varsity win.”
